As part of our will for continuous innovation, we accepted the big challenge of coming up with a revolutionary next step in retail business. B&Q’s new concept, VIVID, supposes a breakthrough within the traditional home décor business while bringing a totally interactive experience to their customers. The journey drives them through a process where they select materials/appliances for living spaces. These data gets registered in the card through a 35 room set interactive system all over the store with touch screens, computers and projectors. The experience ends up in "cave", were surprised customers see a 3D recreation, result of their choices |
